2023 Recap:
Thanks to all participants and visitors. Together, we raised over $22,000 to help feed the hungry.
A special thanks to the volunteer rib runners and judges/helpers.

Mission:
To raise money for our charity partner, Beef4Hunger, while having fun. And bragging rights.
Teams will be handing out food samplers during the day, along with ribs. We encourage donations to the charity in return.

Timing:
Setup begins at 6:00 AM
Judging – and the famed rib handout – at 3:00, 3:30, and 4:00, depending on flight number (to be announced day prior)
Most teams start serving their extra dishes from 11-on, depending on the team.
