Thanks to all participants and visitors. Together, we raised over $22,000 to help feed the hungry.

Mission:
To raise money for our charity partner, Beef4Hunger, while having fun. And bragging rights.
Teams will be handing out food samplers during the day, along with ribs. We encourage donations to the charity in return.

Timing:
Setup begins at 6:00 AM
Booth inspection and rib handout (booth must be inspected first!) 7:00. Please grab the chief judge at the Gazebo. Priority is based on turn-in times.
Judging – and the famed rib handout – at 3:00, 3:30, and 4:00, depending on flight number (to be announced day prior)
Most teams start serving their extra dishes from 11-on, depending on the team.
